Christine Kepp grew up in Rancho Penasquitos, a small town nestled in the heart of San Diego county. Her and her husband, Gary, moved to Temecula in 2010, just before the birth of their first son. Christine felt that Temecula was the perfect environment to live, work, and raise a family. Christine Kepp's career in Real Estate began in San Diego in 2004 right after she graduated from San Diego State University with her Master's in Business Administration. During her college years, Christine managed a local restaurant in Rancho Penasquitos. However, once she obtained her M.B.A. she felt it was time to move on and obtained a job at the San Diego-based home builder Pacific Scene Homes. Real Estate immediately became her passion and she was quickly promoted to Sales and Marketing manager within the year. During the time Christine was running the sales and marketing departments, she returned to school and obtained her brokers license. Christine Kepp remained in the new home industry, working for Pacific Scene, for four years until the market took a drastic turn for the worse. When Pacific Scene decided to stop building homes, Christine began to work as realtor. She worked in various different roles so that she could become familiar with this side of the industry. She negotiated dozens of short sales, performed Broker Price Opinions, became familiar with working REO transactions, and worked several traditional sales. Christine Kepp brings to HomeSmart a wealth of Real Estate experience and a solid educational foundation to back it up.
